Brunswick, known for shrimp and crab, is called the Shrimp Capital of the World. Lady Jane Cruises in Brunswick has the only certified shrimp vessel on the east coast and offers Shrimpin'/Dolphin Cruises.
Brunswick is also a flight destination to Georgia's Golden Isles: Little Saint Simons Island, Saint Simons Island, Sea Island and Jekyll Island. Therefore, Brunwwick is called the Gateway to Georgia's Golden Isles.
